All our oak frames are designed and structurally calculated by our in house team, we are able to design a home to suit all of your requirements, and maximise the square footage of space available for you and your family.

Hamlet Homes can help you through all stages of development providing plans, to planning and building regulations, this service enables us to take the strain and make the building of your new oak framed home even more enjoyable.

All of our oak is sourced from sustainable, managed Forests in Europe, and we use construction grade oak only.

In all of our bespoke homes that we produce, we are able to incorporate many eco friendly and energy saving systems all of which compliment the advantage of modern day building, in a traditional oak framed home.

Hamlet homes offer a full home completion service if you require it, we offer a full after sales service which we can liaise with your own contractor and give free advice, liaising with him at any stage of your build.

A 3 to 4 bed oak frame home (1,800 / 2,200 sq ft) typically takes around 5 to 6 weeks to construct in our framing yard, and 3 days to erect on your site, by our erecting team, these times however will vary on the size of the frame designed.
